Many of you are wondering about the time frame as the Treasurer, Governor and legislature move forward. While hints are already out there, it appears that the Governor and Treasurer will release their proposed legislation in the next ten to twelve days, probably after Columbus Day. The legislature would then hold hearings and vote, all tentatively scheduled to be completed by the end of October.
