A few updates as we head towards the middle of August. First, the lawyers continue to work on the class action lawsuit regarding the pension changes that were passed by the legislature. It should be ready for filing this fall.
Second, there are several communities with unsettled contracts and we will be posting regular updates here on the blog starting mid to late August. Lastly, the General Assembly is still expecting to meet the first week of September and binding arbitration will be on their agenda.
