Today is the hearing before House Labor (In Senate Room 313 at 2 PM)Connecticut has binding arbitration and has not had a strike in 30 years. Only 12 % of negotiations actually end up in arbitration and arbitrated financial settlements are lower than negotiated. The other side has no basis for their opposition except wanting power and opposing unions. The facts speak for themselves.
