Your Voice Matters — Take Action with NEARI

Public policies shape our schools, workplaces, and communities—but lawmakers need to hear directly from the people doing the work every day. When NEARI members speak up, it helps decision-makers understand the real impact their choices have on educators, public employees, retirees, and the communities we serve.

Your story matters. Whether you testify at the State House, submit written testimony, or participate in a lobby day, personal experiences are one of the most powerful tools we have to advocate for strong public services, fair workplaces, and the resources our communities need.

When members take action, our union grows stronger. Every voice adds to our collective power and helps ensure NEARI members are heard. However you choose to participate, your voice can make a difference.

NEARI staff will provide guidance, talking points, and support for any advocacy activity you choose.
