The Delegate Assembly establishes NEARI's policies and objectives, elects NEARI officers, and approves the budget. It is made up of the Executive Committee and delegates assigned proportionally from each local.

Registration for Executive Committee meetings and Delegate Assemblies is available through the registration emails sent to committee members and delegates. Registration links are also included in the annual meeting schedule distributed at the beginning of the governance year.
