This session is specifically designed for Local treasurers and presidnets and will cover:

  • Banking basics and internal controls 
  • IRS 990N – what it is and why it matters 
  • Membership accuracy – ensuring the right deductions for the right people 
  • “Join Now” initiative – current status 
  • Dues payments – multiple ways members and locals can send payments 
  • Rosters, forms, and reconciliation 
  • 1099 reporting responsibilities 
  • Early Bird program – what it is and how it works

All treasurers and presidents are strongly encouraged to participate to be fully prepared to manage their roles with confidence and clarity.
