True Colors session offers engaging training designed to enhance personal and professional relationships by exploring personality types. Participants begin by identifying their own color spectrum, Orange, Gold, Blue, or Green, through interactive assessments. This self-discovery phase highlights individual strengths and core values. Subsequent group activities encourage participants to delve deeper into these traits, fostering a greater understanding of diverse perspectives.

The workshop also emphasizes practical applications, such as improving communication strategies and team dynamics. By recognizing and valuing the unique attributes of each personality type, attendees learn to adapt their approaches in both personal and professional settings. This comprehensive exploration of the True Colors methodology equips participants with the tools to create more harmonious and productive interactions.
