NEARI's Diverse Readers Series continues with diversity lesson planning centered on honoring Indigenous Peoples.

Gain new perspectives and learn ideas for classroom implementation, applicable standards, and unit design. Gain understanding of how concepts and themes can be traced across K-12. This course is divided into three levels: elementary, middle, and high school with a different book on the theme for each level.

Enrolled participants will recieve a copy of the book to work with in this course. At course completion, a set of books for your classroom will be shipped to your school!

Elementary Level
